The guys in the office are great to deal with, but the older lady at the weigh bridge was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a business. The way she responds to customers asking for clarification (impatient swearing at them) is unacceptable, and, if it weren't for the great guys in the office, I'd recommend that people avoid the business.

Very poor customer service waited 10 mins to be served to be undercut! Got more $$ from Mandurah for less product shonky! Asked for a receipt bloke couldn't supply one ! Never again

Paid me $158 for a complete car with catalytic converter only to find when I dropped another car at Premier metal recycling in maddington an hour later they they pay 500. Ripped off.

Took in a near on full worksite bin of ally wich weighed over 100 kg and ripped me off saying 43 kgs wen I took in 3 plastic tubs full previous for the same weight won't be getting anymore business from me

I thought they were serious about gaining employees, but the place is a shambles and it starts at the young girl on reception. No wonder everyone is getting ripped off.

Worse service in town, quoted 1 price over the phone, only to be given a lowball price after dropping the goods off in thier mudpit of a yard. Cashier guy has no people skills and knowledge of how to deal with customers. Been a loyal customer for years now, not after today. Good luck moving forward with your business with your bad attitude.

Unprofessional!Called at 9am to get someone to come pick up our trailer.. had been told before 4pm..Called again 3:30pm to be told the driver is on the way. Never showed!Waited all day for a no show.Very unreliable would not recommend this business!
